And if you think about it from an obstetrical standpoint, those physicians that are prepared to care for women, deliver babies, and do high-risk perinatal care, they are 22 years old, at least by the time they graduate from their bachelor's program. They're 26 from the time that they get out of a residency, that they get out of medical school, and 30 by the time they're graduating from their residency.

We set them up how they function best. So we have a work queue that renewals go to here for LPNs, renewals for RNs go here, applications for RNs go here. So that whoever works on those has a work queue that they look at, and they know what their workload is for today. But you and I both can work out of the same work queue, and simultaneously work on things.
