But, that has recently changed as of July 22nd and now their, like, classroom time is shorter, so they're on the unit much faster with that licensed nurse. But, then some of them either we come across they don't have their ATT, so they haven't even taken their NCLEX yet, or they have a single-state, which I'm, like, completely against because I don't think they should be with a nurse, or they're pending taking their NCLEX and haven't gotten their license. So, we're just trying to verify what is the most accurate, like, what do they need?

Thus, having passed his finals, he has already automatically received his authorization to test from the nuclear, excuse me, nursing regulatory boards, no nuclear explosions today, hopefully, from the nursing regulatory board's blockchain-based system. He is looking forward to the formal graduation ceremonies taking place in a few days and to sitting for the NCLEX exam next week. Having earned high honors, he's also received an offer for a job in the pediatric care, a position in the pe ...

Examinations. NCSBN excels in this area, as you know, and the work related to examinations has been intensive this year. The Board of Directors is involved with the ongoing review of reports that include reports from Pearson VUE on domestic and international NCLEX testing results. The Board of Directors conducted a periodic review of the policies around testing. And of course, we have followed with great interest the impact of the NGN, as I know you all have as well. NCSBN is a leader among other disciplines and worldwide in the area of examinations.

. - I foresee AI maybe minimizing unconscious bias in a way, but that emotionless, you know, talking to a computer versus a face-to-face interaction just doesn't replace that reality. - I mean, who knows what to envision? Ten years ago, we might not have thought about the next-gen NCLEX being ready. Phil, have you got a comment? - [Phil] Oh, I have a lot, but I'll try not to go too deep here. I just actually want to... - You have five minutes, Phil. - I got five minutes? I just want to reframe a couple things because I think that what you're hearing here is important.

Intervention hospitals additionally adopted the NCSBN TTP pro- gram. Control hospitals continue ...

I mean, you heard from Missouri, they do a great job of surveying nurses during licensure or the re- licensure process. That doesn't happen everywhere. A few states have mandated that type of survey, but many of them have not. And, of course, NCSBN also would have information on nurses. Of course, everybody had to take the NCLEX at one point and hopefully, the respective states are submitting data through Nursys. But then we have federal government data and a lot of people rely on these data. You've heard through presentations today and numerous times the American Community Survey, that's the U.S.

And David referenced the first inaugural class. And so we continue to implement the work on ICRS. And then implement proposals for the use of retired and unused exam items. You know, Phil Dickerson, who gets very excited about talking about all of this, anything to do with NCLEX, and looking at all these exam items that we have that there are some potential good use for some of these retired and unused exam items. So, we'll continue to look into that. Big on everybody's mind, certainly the exam team's mind, Phil's mind, and nurse educators, I probably should say nursing students because my experience is that nursing students have been scared to death about the thought of this new exam and everybody's going, "Oh, there's a new..."
