    Changes to the Act and Rules Taking the member feedback into consideration, the subcommittee added items to the Model Act Article VII Section 2, Authority and Section 3, Reporting that were otherwise not present within the initial proposed document. The subcommittee then edited items within the Model Rules Chapter 7 sections 7.1.1 Criminal Conduct and 7.1.4 Fraud to refine each and clarify the statements therein.
