Anticipated Program End Date: 6 months from Today (if applicable) 9. Upload the AlternativeToDisciplineProgram.pdf file found on your desktop 10. Select Save If you have the appropriate permissions, once the details have been saved, an Enrolled in Alternative to Discipline flag appears in the top right corner.
