It’s important to know some common misperceptions and how to address them. TALKING POINTS- REMOVING BARRIERS “I don’t have the time.”/“I don’t have the energy.” Time is of the essence, which is why it’s all the more important to have leaders who understand this. The report is to educate the public that drugs other than alcohol, including marijuana, are absorbed, distributed and eliminated from the body differently than alcohol. While BAC correlates closely with impairment, there is no such measure (e.g., THC) for marijuana that correlates with impairment. Thus, a BAC-equivalent impairment measure is not possible. The DRE performs a drug influence evaluation (DIE) on the suspected impaired driver in order to determine whether the observed impairment is likely to be due to drug use (and if so, what specific type of drug(s)) or whether the observed impairment is due to neurological conditions, illness, or disease.

And early on, I had you fill out the first-order change checklist, a series of questions around what first order is. But let's dive in just really quickly. So first-order change initiatives use maps. They involve horizontal development. First-order change initiatives deal with existing organizational structures, they expand capacity more efficiently within those structures.
