    We did not have a mileage restriction, but because we were a collaborative state, we had to work with the Board of Medical Licensure to get that rule changed. So that was one of the things that we worked with initially with the regulatory board. And just let me be clear. There was not a good relationship between the Board of Medical Licensure and the Board of Nursing. When I say not a good relationship, there was mistrust quite naturally, mistrust. They had control of how basically the nurse practitioners or the APRNs could practice in our state because we were a collaborative state.

    So at...for everything, going back to the relationships, knowing who really can help you and it may be someone that they know, but you really want to intentionally work at those relationships. So preparing for the future. I would summarize that is never underestimate your resources. And I think of this when you think that there just isn't something out there, you keep digging, and you do find something.
