    Members seemed to have a lot of fun and the message about the Awards program was really promoted. The QR codes were also very helpful. Awards Dinner / Ceremony There was some displeasure expressed with the entertainment. Committee members would like to offer suggestions for the post dinner entertainment for next year. Members expressed appreciation for the support for being able to attend the annual meeting & ceremony and that it felt very full circle to be able to go through the awards decision process and then be able to see the outcome of the work the committee has done.

    We should capitalize on the excitement and enthusiasm right after the Annual meeting. There will be recommendations for changes for the Board of Directors to consider in December before the Janyar 2025 launch. An earlier launch date would require a change to the Member Recognition Policy. A committee member commented that their Board has an internal team dedicated to forming internal and NCSBN nominations for her board.
