Our item reviewers are clinicians. These are practicing nurses that have unencumbered license. They work for a minimum of eight hours with entry-level nurses. For the RN exam, they are RN licensed. And for the PN exam, they are either RN licensed or LPN licensed. NCLEX items must be linked to the test plan suitable for entry-level practice, accurate, current nursing practice, and for multiple-choice items, one correct answer so we have one correct option.
