    So it's moved hugely. And the whole peer assistance movement, and NCSBN has done a lot about pointing out stigma, and what works and what doesn't. And firing people is clearly not a solution, whether there's a shortage or not. If we don't think there is, even so. What does it say to other people still in the work environment that are also stressed when your colleague is fired? I think it's vastly different. But, of course, would like it to continue in that direction, because the evidence shows the kinds of things that can work with nurses that have these problems.
