    Each NGI subscription must be governed by one of the Privacy Risk Mitigation Strategies, as discussed in Item #3, above.   Those Privacy Risk Mitigation Strategies require that NGI Rap Back subscriptions be reviewed and validated at certain intervals in order to remain in NGI. That validation process is implemented for NGI Rap Back through the use of the Expiration Date field. That is, even though, a Subscriber pays for a 5-year Subscription Term, for example, if they participate in Privacy Risk Mitigation Strategy #4: One Year Validation/Expiration, they must validate the subscription every year.
