    In a follow-up to the monthly Operation Nightingale calls that NCSBN hosted in 2023 the BOD and legal counsel discussed and considered suggestions and requests from the membership for certain actions on the part of NCSBN. The BOD recognizes that the work associated with processing Operation Nightingale cases is complex and demands increased resources at the individual nurse regulatory boards. The BOD is committed to continuing efforts to assist boards and reduce state burdens while carefully considering the role of NCSBN in these activities.
