A significant responsibility of the BOD is to consider the Finance Reports. The BOD, in its commitment to transparency and sound financial management, accepted the financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2024, and approved the audit plan for FY24 engagements. Additionally, the BOD approved the budget for FY25, ensuring that our financial resources are allocated in a manner that best serves our mission and members. The BOD received staff reports on remote proctoring and strategic initiative outcomes.
