The Delegate Assembly meets every August at the NCSBN Annual Meeting, and conducts the business of the organization. View more information about NCSBN's governance structure . NCSBN Membership Membership to NCSBN is available to nursing regulatory bodies empowered to license and regulate nursing practice. Membership categories include U.S. Members, Associate Members and Exam User Members. Currently, NCSBN is comprised of 59 U.S. Members, 23 Associate Members and seven Exam User Members.

It is the responsibility of a nurse manager, however, to provide education, dispel myths and take action when needed.
