Discussion: Staff presented the consent agenda for the committee’s approval. The committee was given the opportunity to remove any of the consent reports for the business agenda discussion. Decision: After review of the report, the committee approved the consent agenda. #5 AGENDA ITEM: Approve Agenda GOAL: To provide a historical record that the committee formally approved the agenda. Discussion: A quorum was established, and the agenda was discussed. Decision: The committee approved the agenda for the January 22, 2025, NEC meeting as presented. #6 AGENDA ITEM: Approve FY25 October Meeting Minutes GOAL: To provide a historical record of the NEC meetings, conference calls and virtual Teams meetings.
