    Emily welcomed all committee members to the meeting and discussed in office policies as well as the meeting agenda. Approve Substance Use Disorder Minutes The committee reviewed the minutes from January 26-27, and March 23, 2026. The minutes were adopted as presented. Process Quality Assurance Tm Arehart and Emily Paulucci, NCSBN Staff, led a discussion outlining the process thus far and provided updates regarding the make-up of the committee. The committee noted desire to be able to interact with other members on their work more regularly. Staff gave a brief overview of the new Loop system and that when it replaces HIVE, it will enable them to collaborate more easily moving forward.
