    As your president, I am writing to share the key discussions and decisions from this meeting. This was also my final board meeting after having the honor and privilege of serving as president of the BOD for the past two years for this phenomenal organization. As my term comes to a close, I would like to express my deepest gratitude. It has been one of the greatest privileges of my professional life to lead this organization and to serve alongside such a passionate, dedicated community. A community of committed board members, dedicated staff and an engaged membership.
