    As your president, I am writing to share the key discussions and decisions from this meeting. This was also my final board meeting after having the honor and privilege of serving as president of the BOD for the past two years for this phenomenal organization. As my term comes to a close, I would like to express my deepest gratitude. It has been one of the greatest privileges of my professional life to lead this organization and to serve alongside such a passionate, dedicated community.     Deans/Directors of RN and LPN programs • When: July and August 2020 • Why: States flexibility on clinical environment, and online instruction guidelines Methodology • The survey was administered using Qualtrics (Provo, UT). • The RN-prelicensure survey was 14 items, across three domains a) Baseline institutional information b) Clinical education changes c) Didactic education changes • The LPN/VN-prelicensure survey was similarly designed, with the exception of two domains addressing the identification of clinical sites, and virtual simulation. • Respondents were given five weeks to complete the survey, with reminders one week after the initial dissemination.
