Enter a description in the Explanatory Remarks section (right center of the form) for expenses that do not have a designated row. When paying for meals for others, please list the name of each person. The expenses will automatically calculate in the fillable form.

J. Puente reported that a NLC definitions list developed by the committee should be available at the NLC Midyear Meeting. J. Puente introduced a new question developed for the regulatory FAQs on the topic of a letter of reprimand and whether it is an encumbrance, 4 which would disqualify a nurse from a multistate license.
