The BOD received routine reports and updates regarding NCSBN finances, external meeting attendance, performance objective outcomes, the Strategic Outcomes Report, the Nurse Licensure Compact, federal and state affairs and examinations. As is typical in the cycle of work, for consideration by the BOD were the Awards Committee report and the Leadership Succession report. The Awards Committee conducted a blind review of all nominations and selected people for specific awards.
