Prior to her educational administrative positions at UPMC, Dr. Kmetz was an Assistant Professor of Nursing at the Pennsylvania State University for 12 years. Dr. Kmetz received her undergraduate and graduate nursing degrees from the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing and holds a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pittsburgh School of Education.
