You also want to talk about planning details. So, when are you planning the remediation project? When is it scheduled to end? You can link to the project plan if necessary or available. Also, in this section, you could specify contingency actions. So identify actions that can minimize the threat impact should it eventuate. The great thing about the risk register is that it enables reporting.

    What has been the level of Canadian participation in developing these kinds of questions? And if there hasn't been, are Canadian educators and nurses eligible to participate in developing the new exam? - That is a great question. And the answer is yes. So the writing panels that we have held that are for NCLEX and NGN always have Canadian representation on them. So these...the recruitment for those is to have representation across the United States and Canada. And so these items, also, that you have seen, some of them have been written by Canadian educators such as yourselves.

    So, like I mentioned before, it's not necessarily about points. Everything is scaled to the current NCLEX scale. And so, much like we do today, with the standard setting, we set a standard of what a passing ability looks like, we'll do the same with NGN. And we're currently actively in the works of that as well. So, we will have a standard that incorporates all the items, both the traditional NCLEX items, the NGN items, the entire test design, and we'll set a single standard that determines the pass.
