    Also at the midyear meeting, we had 200 attendees and there was some great group work that occurred. And we also followed up with an online webinar and we had 103 attendees. Thank you all to those of you who provided just great quality feedback, I can assure you that every comment is being thoughtfully reviewed. We received 62 feedback surveys. Licensure and Governance received 16% of the feedback. Discipline received 19%. Practice 28%. And education had 37%. Comments received included those around what information to include in the new Article 10 on Emerging Technologies, how artificial intelligence should be incorporated, information that was not covered within the revised documents, and then specific comments, might even say debate, regarding proposed changes.

    Award-winning research from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) supports regulatory decisions for patient safety and public protection. Policymakers, program administrators, and employers must identify and implement methods to improve working conditions to retain and recruit more nurses for education, particularly among those employed in in-demand clinical practice specialty areas. The results from this study were published in the April 2024 issue of the Journal of Nursing Regulation. 2021-2023 APRN Compact Survey Report This is a compilation of surveys conducted by NCSBN in collaboration with five NRBs between 2021 and 2023. In total, there were 8,453 APRNs who participated in at least one survey. It is designed to determine the interest in and concerns about the current APRN Compact from the viewpoints of APRNs.
