    And the lesson for me from that very involved and lengthy exercise was just a realization of how stressful and time-consuming the work of frontline disciplinary teams is. You're doing a difficult job under huge pressure. So, anything that will actually help to make that decision-making process easier, better, more efficient, seemed to me to be a goal worth striving for. So, I want to tell you about our project, which involved three nursing regulators in three different countries. As I've said, Texas Board of Nursing was one of them, the Australian Health regulator in Melbourne was the other, and the Nursing and Midwifery Council in the UK and London was the third site.
