Availability will be based on NCSBN’s needs at the time. Decision: Members selected Kerry Pryzbylo to be subcommittee chair. Action Item: N/A #2 AGENDA ITEM: Plan for the Day GOAL: Review and revise as much of the Model Act as possible. Discussion: The subcommittee planned to review their designated articles of the Model Act, looking to ensure that each of the statutes meet the committee charge. Decision: The subcommittee intended on standardizing the concept of remote work options by getting rid of the word “electronically” and replacing it with “virtually” throughout the Model Act [and Rules].
