Is it number one, Article VI(d), which requires that current significant investigative and participation in non-public or confidential alternative programs shall be transmitted through Nursys, again, only to party state licensing boards? Or two, Article VI(h)(3), which requires that compact administrators of each party state furnish information related to alternative program participation? Or is it three, Article IX(a)(1), which requires each party state to enforce the compact and take all actions necessary and appropriate to effectuate the compact's purpose and intent?
