We also have 53 jurisdictions, 50 states, and 3 jurisdictions. We create and administer the National Physical Therapy Examination, the NPTE. Our second most important public protection asset we believe is the Examination Licensure and Disciplinary Database that we create and share between our various jurisdictions. We have a Physical Therapy Compact that you've heard about 26 states involved. And last year we created the Healthcare Regulatory Research Institute, basically a 501(c)(3) for the purpose of being able to apply for certain grants because the federation is organized as 501(c)(6).

If the candidate’s ability level is close enough to the passing standard that it is not clear which side of the passing standard his or her ability falls, the com- puter continues asking items. As more items are answered, the candidate’s ability estimate becomes more precise. After each item, the candidate’s abil- ity level is recomputed, using all of the information (answers to all the items asked) available at that point.

Page 18 • The respondent’s blood tested positive. • The arrest report noted that the Respondent has three prior DUI convictions. Page 22 I will note that the Respondent’s address listed on the DUI report is the same address listed in the Nursing data system and is the same address that both the Allegation letter and Final Demand letter were sent to. On June 7, 2016 I phoned the Dodge County District Court to inquire the status of the Respondent’s DUI trial results.
