    We also have 53 jurisdictions, 50 states, and 3 jurisdictions. We create and administer the National Physical Therapy Examination, the NPTE. Our second most important public protection asset we believe is the Examination Licensure and Disciplinary Database that we create and share between our various jurisdictions. We have a Physical Therapy Compact that you've heard about 26 states involved. And last year we created the Healthcare Regulatory Research Institute, basically a 501(c)(3) for the purpose of being able to apply for certain grants because the federation is organized as 501(c)(6).

As more items are answered, the candidate’s ability estimate becomes more precise. After each item, the candidate’s abil- ity level is recomputed, using all of the information (answers to all the items asked) available at that point.

On June 7, 2016 I phoned the Dodge County District Court to inquire the status of the Respondent’s DUI trial results.
