Select the 2026 Awards Recipients Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Alicia Byrd at 9:00 AM Central Welcome & Introductions: • Members and staff introduced themselves • Alicia noted that Michael Kotnaur (NCSBN Marketing) was ill and unable to join us. Discuss Feedback on FY 2025: • Committee felt like FY 2025 was very successful, including banquet format and entertainment. • Two new awards (Nova, Catalyst) also deemed successful. • Jennifer suggested FY 2026 borrow from Doug Bungay’s “Connect before Content” approach in Nova Scotia.

Affidavit of Graduation Feature Set Requirements
System logic provides a checklist item for an initial application in order to: • Display the applicant/student details for the Educational Programs Affidavit of Graduation Portal • Track progress and ensure key activities related to the Affidavit of Graduation process. Affidavit of Graduation Portal 3. The Affidavit of Graduation Portal will provide Educational Programs the ability to view the list of students that have submitted an application with the Board and require an Affidavit of Graduation. 3.1. Only Active Education Program Users with permissions to view, edit, review, approve/reject have access to view the list of students for Affidavit of Graduation. 3.2.

In ORBS Back Office, search for the individual and open their Profile 2. Open the Demographics Module Notice the Name Change Flag under the name with the date of the request in the image above. 3. Select Edit 4. The First and Last name fields under the name change messaging are now editable. Type the new name and select the appropriate Request Status . 5. AT this early point in the fiscal year no other significant spending variances have been identified. Three-Month Summary • Rate of return on investments is 8.2%…investment income totaled $19.9 million. • Total NCLEX Exams US registrations decreased 24% from the prior year but are on pace to equal the FY-24 budget. • Total NCLEX Exams RN registrations in Canada increased 12.3%...REx-PN Exams decreased 7.3%. • NURSYS for license verification FY-24 year to date revenue totaled $1.8 million compared to $2.2 million for the first quarter of FY-23. • A total of $7 million has been expended in FY-24 on the remote proctoring project.
