Highlights of the current strategic initiatives, the workforce modeling is a report that will be presented to our Board of Directors in September, and then that board will discuss what to do with those findings. That report is complete. It's being reviewed right now by staff members. There is a nursing regulatory reform project going on. This one, I put it in here as nurse aide. I have to be honest with you. It's called support worker, but I will argue to all of you out there, we might want to reconsider that's a pretty big elephant to eat. All right? We might want to actually work a little closer with just nurse aides to start with.
