So then, Layer 2 goes into forming a hypothesis, kind of general broad categories, then refining that hypothesis, and then evaluating what everything that has been done, all the decisions that have been made, and is it the outcome that we want to get to.

Copy that information and quickly review it to make sure it is complete. I put the information in the file and move the file to the “ready to be typed up” pile. 1:30 – Receive a call from another detective. He will be late to our 2:15 pm meeting at a facility. 2:00 – Travel to a nearby facility to talk with staff and interview a patient witness prior to a nurse arriving for work at 3:00 pm. You previously could only get a 2-millimeter lesion, my new one, you can pick up a 1-millimeter lesion. But I've designed that test. I invented it. I own the profits from that test. So, those are not the kind of evidence we need to really decide whether we should be using that test and in which situations.

For example, on multiple-choice items, examinees need to make a single selection. The 0/1 Scoring Rule applies here. https://www.ncsbn.org/past-event/2025-nclex-conference ©2025 National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc.
