    After careful consideration of all of the available evidence, the BOD determined that increased patient acuity requires a greater level of knowledge, skills and abilities to practice entry-level as an LPN/VN than was required three years ago. This resulted in the decision to increase the NCLEX-PN passing standard to -0.21 logits.
