NCSBN wants to emphasize the importance and impact of board-based, more local impact and how that can still have a large impact on the regulatory sphere. Trailblazer may be for one major project as opposed to cumulative; want to avoid making it an award where you have to be at a board for a long time before you are eligible to receive it. For the Trailblazer description it was suggested to add language that states that “exceptional significant or substantial overtime”.
