The best aspect of my job is interfacing with the NCSBN membership. This job gives me the opportunity to meet the board members and learn about their daily operations. There is a sense of excitement about ORBS from the membership and that makes me feel good about what I am bringing to the organization. The most challenging aspect of my job is taking all of the different processes from the various boards of nursing and creating a product that will be beneficial to them all. 3. If you weren’t working at NCSBN, what would your dream job be?
