    NCSBN has managed to keep the fee unchanged for over 20 years now, and with our operating expenses exceeding revenue, and projected declining in the fund balance, we're approaching that point where we need to look at that. And for a long time, NCSBN has been able to expand those services to members without increasing the fees, which NCLEX is our primary source of revenue.
