It's important to note that the NCLEX exam contains several item types, one of which are case studies. Important to note that case studies focus on all six steps of the CJ process, or clinical judgment process. So within a multiple-client case study, the entry-level nurse must determine which client requires priority for a certain step. And keep in mind, it may not be the same client receiving priority for each subsequent step.
