The core of the survey instrument is comprised of the forum, so that's the National Forum of Nursing Workforce, State Nursing Workforce Centers, Nurse Supply Minimum Dataset. This is kind of a general framework of about 26 questions or so, that include both demographic and workforce measures. So, age, gender, ethnicity, race, and then years' experience, practice type, specialty setting, etc.. Each cycle, though, we also regularly embed several custom elements. We endeavor for those not to change too much, because we want the continuity of the longitudinal data tracking with this survey.
