That is a bottom line across all programs, it doesn't matter the level. And studies suggest we're not doing as effective a job at that as we should. They need to have skills. I just mentioned some of the lacking skills, technological, communication skills. So they need to develop skills for us to really say that they're practice ready. And then the last kind of broad area is, most of the literature from the nursing education side says, you can't be practice-ready if you're not confident in your knowledge and your competencies. So this is just my own view, and you'll see these scattered through some of the strategies that I'm going to talk about in terms of, what will it take from the education sector to prepare graduates who are practice ready.
