So you think about it this way, right? If I have diabetes, you know, I'm having some complications. If I have, you know, ready access to a healthcare provider in my community, I go talk to them, they adjust my medications and I get better, right? That the complications subside. I'm actually...so, I'm a social worker and I somehow, through my career, wound up doing this. But I think that it's kind of great and needed, you know, so, I handle discipline with nurses but having, like, just the empathy and how I approach I feel working with people. I mean, they appreciate it, and I think this is great that we're looking at kind of changing and do things more in this way. - I'm glad.
