    Therefore, NCSBN’s Research team embarked on a two-year journey to provide NRBs with nursing program quality indicators. This comprehensive, mixed-methods study was published in 2020, and it consisted of four national studies (see Figure 1): an integrative literature review; a national Delphi study with educators, regulators and those who practice with new graduates; a five-year quantitative study of NRB Annual Report data; and a five-year qualitative study of NRB site visit documents.
