Good evening, afternoon. First, Nahale, I want to thank you for this wonderful topic. I don't think it could have come at a better time. I'm Cathy Hanchey. I'm the Compact resource specialist for the state of Virginia. So I appreciate the big shout-out that you gave to us at the very beginning.

So I'm not sure. I don't think I can really answer your question. I can speculate with what I've shared with you. - I just wanted to thank you for your presentation. Just a couple of anecdotal comments. I just recently finished teaching a cohort of graduating CRNA students in an ethics course.

I also used another document that was similar in look and feel to just kind of convey a simple message. And I thought I would share exactly how I did that. If you look at this document right there, that's basically what I entered into ChatGPT. So I said, "Turn this into a visually engaging one-pager with ©2025 National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc.

I don't know the answer, but that's exactly what I would do, is I pick up the phone and call Michael and say, "Hey." You know, he's the past program director for the nurse practitioner program in the school where I taught, so that's why I would know him to be able to call.

But I don't know. I guess this is a long way of saying I don't know. I don't think we can know the nature of this. I mean, there are people who write novels and plays and so forth and deal with this in terms of fiction. And sometimes fiction allows you to say things or do things that I can't say.

But something big was definitely happening, and we now know that what was happening was that today's nursing applicants, well, they were being born. And that is a big deal. That is a big deal. And that made me reflect on what it was like for me too and how today I do my very best, I try, to view social media through the lens of a 26-year-old. So, this is me. It's in 1996, but I was only 22. It was taken about six months before I started my first semester of law school. Oh my God, so handsome. But now I wonder, that law school that I attended, did it have a social media policy for applicants like me?

Okay. Well, let's try that. And I know the contrast is tough because the headphone cords are black, the shirt is dark green with shadows, right? Point is, if, from your seat, you're saying, "I don't see headphones," that's the point, right? I didn't see headphones when I first looked at the picture.

This is, I think, where you as a membership have the benefit of all of the different things that we do at NCSBN kind of at your fingertips. So I coordinated with, at Phil's direction, I shouldn't take credit, I don't know where Phil is. I coordinated with the director of examinations, Joe Betts, and we looked at kind of two parallel trends.

I mean, technically, we can't call down the street, but man, I don't want him working there because I am so sure that there is something going on. So partner with your facility. All right. It's time for questions. And I also just want to say, I have a podcast.
