Conclusions • While the taking the NCLEX-RN multiple times is statically significant in terms of observing a disciplinary record, it is likely not practically significant given the rarity of nurses being disciplined, and large sample size. • For those who delayed taking the test at least 60 days after graduation there was a 6% increase in the likelihood of needing to retake the NCLEX-RN.
