Last but not least, the Providing Real World Education and Clinical Experiences by Precepting Tomorrow's Nurses or Precept Nurses Act. This is a $2,000 tax credit for nurses who serve as clinical preceptors to nursing students. Importantly, you have to be a certified preceptor. Also you have to have worked at least 200 hours in a health provider shortage area. So there are some criteria in order to be eligible for this tax credit as well.
