So we continue to work with our partners on that bill as well in championing the ICAN Act, with mostly the House and Senate Nursing Caucus, who are really champions on this issue. Last but not least, the Providing Real World Education and Clinical Experiences by Precepting Tomorrow's Nurses or Precept Nurses Act. This is a $2,000 tax credit for nurses who serve as clinical preceptors to nursing students. Importantly, you have to be a certified preceptor. Also you have to have worked at least 200 hours in a health provider shortage area. So there are some criteria in order to be eligible for this tax credit as well.
