C, excuse me, in North Carolina, was still a licensee on our books although his license was marked as inactive and the Colorado court used that saying, sort of, fact here against Dr. Cross and said, "He's argued that merely surrendering his license operates to extinguish his license. We find that language unpersuasive." So they found against Dr. Cross on essentially the same sorts of issues that we had. Cross was a good case for us. Nicoletti, we thought, was also a good case for us. Nicoletti was an automobile dealer and salesperson. He had a racket going. He would take cars from people who would report the cars as stolen. He would then wipe the VIN numbers off the vehicles, replace them with VIN numbers of vehicles that he had junked and hadn't told anyone.

The 2024 National Nursing Workforce Study is a biennial study conducted by NCSBN and the National Forum of State Nursing Workforce Centers. A sign employment levels have rebounded slightly. 10%-16% increase in median pre-tax annual earnings for nurses. 7.2% of nurses are Latino/Hispanic, double the percent in 2015. 138,000 nurses left the workforce since 2022.

So, I think in due time, we will see evidence that, you know, having full practice authority leads to more primary care and we are reducing these heavy chronic procedures. Which are not good for patients and which are not good for taxpayers. All right? So, it just makes sense to do this. Because it doesn't cost anything, we already have well-trained professionals.
