Actually, when you read the literature about competency-based education, the true competency-based, I guess, aficionados, I guess that's one way you can call them, is that they believe it should go to a pass-fail. That that's the cleanest way. But then you say, well, now, students...and I know, if I was a high achiever, I would want to be able to show that I had done maybe a little bit more.

It's something that, as I said is top priority, and everybody should have it. So they want to be on that bandwagon. And we'll get into it a little bit more when I get into step one here of why it's so important to have your why, your requirements on having it. But I don't want to blame companies because quite honestly, those large vendors that I talked about, they pay their sales reps a lot of money, and they're getting paid a lot of money for a reason.
