We have an abstinence-based program and I read all the time people who've made it through that program, and they've never had the medical-assisted treatment, and they have that experience that keeps them clean and sober and in their recovery because they're experiencing life again and all of the things. And you're talking about both of these and they are locking down those opiate receptors. Is there any research about the spectrum of mood that people have when they're taking these and does that affect their compliance long term? Because I know like with mental health, if it's a stable mood and it's not... there's no excitement in life anymore, compliance can be pretty poor.

Now, NRB visits is kind of a staple of member engagement.

I'm glad we've done it all the way through this process, which was to make it as transparent as possible, but the one thing that happened to make it as transparent as possible and bringing everybody on the journey with us is that we didn't know everything. And where there were blanks, what we didn't know, there was also a group of people ready to fill in that blank with what they thought it would be. And I urge every one of you when you hear those things, first off, if it's too good to be true, probably is. If it's too bad to be true, it probably is.
