    And so one of the things that we're seeing in the data fairly consistently is that it's highly likely that growth among Hispanic and Latino RNs is likely to spur continued diversity in the RN workforce moving forward. In addition, both initial and highest levels of education either matched or exceeded the highest levels that we have documented to date since 2013. Particularly, I would draw your attention to the highest level of nursing education, where you can see clear growth patterns among graduate trained nurses. So, one of the kind of early positive takeaways from these first few slides is that this sample of RNs represents both the most diverse and educated nursing workforce that we have tracked since our study began.
