Transcript_2022it_orbs-session.pdf
I know we did it. But I would say do more, if it's possible, do as much training as you possibly can to make them more comfortable. Don't assume. We would say, "Hey, go through your ©2022 National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. All rights reserved. 5 process let us know if you have any issues." You know, you can't be...you have to be a little bit more proactive than that. Because we would hear feedback "Oh yeah, it's good we have it figured out." And then on launch day, again, it was like "How do I do this?"
