    We wanted to identify, in the nursing space, what the dimensions of the of nurse licensure congruent with acting in the public interest would be on to curate the evidence that's out there that would enable us to say, "Well, you know, it is essential to have occupational licensing for nursing because of X, Y, and Z.And here's the evidence and this is what it does." So, we did a two-phase piece of work. We gathered information that was out there. We looked not just the peer-reviewed published, scientific literature, but we also looked at editorials and media commentary as well.
