It is a proposed '26 RN and PN NCLEX test plans. So, if I haven't learned anything since I started as a regulator in 2010, when I started NEC back in 2014… Two things that you learn, one, it's psychometrically sound, and two, it's legally defensible. And I can't tell you how many times I use that, so be sure that you take that away.

So if you can define the steps that need to be taken, it's a lot easier to tell the agent how to take them as opposed to things that have discretion or have gray areas. Those are a lot harder to automate and are potentially less accurate when you automate them. We also like to focus on what I will call non-destructive actions. I think you probably have all, at some point, seen somebody online saying, "I told Claude that I wanted it to do something, and it deleted my database, even though it never asked me." Not giving an agent access to destroy data, only to augment data, I think, is a really important consideration.

We have two minutes. Does anybody want to share any of their thoughts? I think we have somebody coming. Oh, Jacquelyn, I think. - [Jacquelyn] So, I'm Jacquelyn from Virginia, and I may be a little biased because I did sit on the committee and it was a fantastic opportunity. So, I do encourage anyone here who has not been a part of an NCSBN committee, and they didn't pay me for this, to consider it but it was an opportunity that will not be forgotten.

And the answer is no. And where did we get the answer? Straight from the FBI. Each submission to a biometric-based CBC is intended for that particular purpose for which it was requested. And results may not be reused for consideration for any subsequent licensure. And I hope that makes sense to everybody. That is not an NLC decision. That is an FBI decision. So if I have a criminal background check on my application for initial licensure, and let's say that was for a single-state license, and five years later, I decide I want to upgrade or convert to a multistate license, you cannot use that criminal background check for the upgrade.

It's not extraordinary at all. Honestly, there have been ups and downs. I can still make myself sick when I dwell on the screw-ups that I've made over the years. Unfortunately, some on the public record. I hope that I've learned empathy for others when they mess up and I'm working on more kindness for myself. I hope also that I've learned and encourage you too to not let fear keep you from speaking up from...if you're afraid of feeling stupid or uninformed, continue to question and volunteer.
