So, with a virtual environment, what does that enable us to do? It enables us to give more control to you, our members, and indeed our staff in the way that they engage and input into the strategic initiative process. To enable this to happen, we set up a system that provides 24-hour, 7-day a week access. So, there's no need to travel to a meeting to have a particular time of day that you need to engage but really have a system that is fully orientated to you4r needs rather than to ours. It also as system provides huge transparency.
