The findings of the APRN survey are summarized in a manuscript entitled “The Economic Burden and Practice Restrictions Associated with Collaborative Practice Agreements: A National Survey of Advanced Practice Registered Nurses,” which was recently published in the January edition of the Journal of Nursing Regulation. Anne: My primary goal is developing evidence-based research to improve patient safety and quality of care. Right now, I am investigating factors related to adverse patient safety events on the night shift. I am also designing an opioid use disorder prevention program for nurses. Be sure to look for more information on these projects in the future. What is the Research department working on in the near future?
