Credentials Committee Report Shan Montgomery, Chair of the Credentials Committee, reported that of the 66 nursing regulatory bodies that comprise NCSBN’s voting membership there are 64 bodies represented by delegates at this Delegate Assembly, and moved that the roll of delegates hereby submitted be the official roll of the voting members of the Delegate Assembly. The motion was adopted without objection. Quorum President Douglas reported that there being delegates from more than a majority of the voting members and at least two officers present, a quorum was present.
