As it plays out for educational environments, I would hate to provide any prescription, any global prescription on which one is better, because that's in the context of a learning scenario. And I think what's ever best for individuals to learn or whatever we think is the best or those programs believe is the best way to ensure that the students are learning and showing their best ability, then I think they should be free to do whatever they do.

And when you vet a preceptor, when an advanced practice nurse comes and says, "I have a preceptor. Here's their email address, their phone number, their name," look at the email address. If it's not an address that is connected with the institution where they're employed at, if it's a Yahoo address, a Gmail account, AOL, I would question that. They, students, from my experience, have made up preceptors. They've made up clinical sites on the web and made a, you know, a site that you could go to and it looks like a hospital site.
